With over twenty five years of experience in the aerospace industry, Bryan began his career at Lucas Aerospace specializing in the repair and overhaul of hydro-mechanical, fuel and electrical systems, with an emphasis on the timely production release of the Rolls Royce Spey and Tay engines, among others.

Cynthia possesses approximately 30+ years of corporate business experience beginning in the legal sector where she acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate law, administrative law, trade-marks/licensing at high profile legal firms in Toronto.  While as a Research Assistant in investment securities with Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, Cynthia also received her Traders Certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute.
